- In reality, health insurance in Nevada is approximately 25% lower than most other states. And when you compare to states like New York or New Jersey – well there is just no comparison. All of their mandates have pushed premiums into the unaffordable category.
  
  Also, if you think health insurance is expensive now – just wait till it’s free (or paid for by the federal government!)
